stuck processes. Services are expected to be down for approximately
10 minutes. This should only effect web hosting customers with
services on host7. Email will be queued up and delivered once the

We rebooted web hosting server host4.cruzio.com in order to fix a stuck process, and the server is now back online. This only affected customers with web hosting services on host 4. Any mail sent during this time was queued and delivered once services were restored. We apologize for any inconvenience.
