2/25/2015 – Service Interruption for Downtown Santa Cruz Business Broadband Customers

We are currently experiencing interruptions in service for our wireless Business Broadband customers with connections fed from the University Town Center building in Downtown Santa Cruz. The symptoms are intermittent packet loss and interruption of service.

We are scheduled to visit the University Town Center building tomorrow morning at 10:00am to investigate and make any necessary repairs.

2015/02/08 @ 12:00pm Westside Outage

Due to inclement weather we had an interruption of service to our Broadband customers on the Westside area of Santa Cruz. Service to these areas are feed from one of our mountain tops and the rains are interfering with the signal. Services expected to return to normal after the storm passes. We apologize for any inconvenience.

15/02/06 @ 5:30pm – Weather Related Outages on Westside SC, Watsonville and Weston

Due to inclement weather we had an interruption of service to our Business Broadband customers on the Westside area of Santa Cruz, Watsonville and Weston. Service to these areas are feed from one of our mountain tops and the rains are interfering with the signal. We expect services to return to normal after the storm passes

This only affected our Business Broadband customers in the Westside area.

2015/02/06 3:30pm Weston Outage [UPDATE]

While on-site, Cruzio techs identified a problem with a power supply at the Weston West broadcast site. The faulty equipment was replaced and service was restored to all affected customers. However, just as the tech were returning to the office Broadband was down again. They are headed back out to investigate.

2015/02/06 @ 1PM – Weston outage

Our technicians are aware of the issue and are investigating the issue. Currently customers fed from the West portion of Weston Rd. are experiencing an outage, we will post updates as soon as we get them. We apologize for the inconvenience. This issue only pertains to our business broadband customers on Weston Rd., all other systems are up and operational.

2/4/2015 – Scheduled Maintenance for Business Broadband Customers

Cruzio will be performing routine maintenance to the equipment that feeds Wireless Business Broadband Internet connections. This maintenance necessitates a short downtime. This maintenance will only affect Wireless Business Broadband customers in Watsonville, Weston Rd, Seabright/Live Oak, Westside Santa Cruz, and Scotts Valley. The downtime is expected to be less than 5 minutes but could be up to 10 minutes.

Maintenance window start: Wednesday, February 4th 6:30pm
Maintenance window end: Wednesday, February 4th 8:00pm
