At 8:45AM network engineers were able to return functionality of a router that supports Cruzio’s Legacy DSL customers. All affected customers should now be back online.

There is currently an interruption in service for a portion of Cruzio’s Legacy DSL customers. Network engineers are actively working to resolve this outage. This outage does not affect any of Cruzio’s Velocity or Business Broadband customers.

It looks like the storm cell has passed over Watsonville and all wireless connections in the area have been restored. Not very many people lost connections, but it’s possible for another bad cell to come through. Thanks for your patience.
A large storm cell is now moving over the Watsonville area which is causing an outage for some wireless customers in the Watsonville area. Any services that are down should come back up once the storm cell finishes passing through the Watsonville area.
The outage in the Westside Santa Cruz area was due to a localized power outage. PG&E has restored power and our Wireless Business Broadband customers have been restored as well. While our Technicians were on location, they installed additional backup batteries to help avoid future issues.
