Cruzio engineers have discovered an issue affecting upstream equipment for some customers in Half Moon Bay.  and customers may experience slower speeds as we complete repairs. Current estimated time of restoration is today, 2:30PM. We will update this Network Status with more information as it becomes available.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting emergency maintenance Wednesday, 3/29/23 10pm-2am on infrastructure that serves some Wireless Pro customers in Downtown Santa Cruz area. Affected customers may experience brief periods of downtime while our technicians complete repairs.

Engineers have implemented a fix and the webmail services are now online.

Customers might notice login failures and database errors when accessing webmail. The issue is being investigated by engineers. We will try to provide updates and details until the issue is resolved. This does not effect webmail for customers with web hosting accounts. 

Cruzio engineers are aware of a small outage affecting some customers south of Half Moon Bay, in the area of the Lobitos Creek cut off. Engineers will be rolling to assess and deploy backup power provided that the site is accessible.

Due to ongoing PG&E outages and weather impact, Wireless Pro and Dedicated customers in from the Half Moon Bay area down to La Honda are experiencing connectivity issues. Engineers will bring network nodes back online as weather and safety permits. We appreciate your patience.

Some sites are continuing to be affected by the widespread PG&E outage affecting areas of Santa Cruz County and Watsonville, and some sites are hard down including the Tannery building. Cruzio engineers are continuing to assess and deploy backup power where necessary and as access is possible throughout affected areas of the County.

Due to a PG&E outage in the area, customers around the areas of La Honda and Portola Valley are having connectivity issues. Cruzio engineers are deploying backup power to infrastructure sites where access is possible.

Due to a large PG&E outage affecting the City and County of Santa Cruz, some customers are experiencing loss of connectivity. Cruzio engineers are assessing and rolling to deploy backup power to affected infrastructure sites.

Cruzio engineers are continuing to work on the equipment that serves this link, but have brought it back online. Some further downtime may be possible until the maintenance is concluded.
