Cruzio engineers will be conducting emergency maintenance to repair an issue affecting some Wireless Pro customers in Watsonville. Affected users may notice blips of downtime during this work.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting urgent maintenance on infrastructure equipment serving some customers in the areas of West Side Santa Cruz and 41st Avenue tonight, beginning at 10:00PM and ending at 2:00AM. Brief periods of downtime may occur during this window.

Power has been restored and all systems are back up and operational.

There is a large power outage in Watsonville that is affecting connectivity for some Wireless Pro customers in Watsonville. PG&E estimates that power will be restored by 10:00AM or sooner, and Cruzio engineers are monitoring.

On Monday, July 11th beginning at 10:00PM and ending at 2:00AM, Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on infrastructure serving some Wireless Pro customers in the Mt. Allison area. There will be brief downtime throughout this maintenance window.

All work has been completed and all Fiber and Fiber MDU customers should be back up and running.

On Tuesday, July 5th beginning at 10:00PM and ending at 2:00AM, Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on infrastructure serving fiber customers, including customers in multiple-dwelling-units served by Cruzio fiber. There will be brief downtime during this maintenance window.

This maintenance window will be extended two hours. It will begin at 10PM, and end at 2AM.
