Due to a PG&E outage in the area, and emergency maintenance to the backup generator, customers around the Weston Road Area are experiencing a service interruption. This emergency maintenance should be complete at approximately 6PM.
1/9/2023 3:45PM – Service outage for some customers in the Butano area due to downed tree
Connectivity for some customers in the Butano area is being impacted due to a downed tree caused by the recent storm system. Cruzio engineers will assess the damage as conditions allow Tuesday morning, and we will post additional information as it becomes available.

Due to a PG&E outage, some Wireless Pro customers are experiencing an outage in the Watsonville area. Cruzio engineers are en-route to deploy backup power solutions to the affected infrastructure equipment.

Some customers on the Cruzio Network may experience intermittent downtime during the weather event impacting the Central Coast. Redundant power systems are in place for key infrastructure sites, and Cruzio engineers will work to mitigate any issues impacting the network during this weather event.
