Power and weather issues have resulted in loss of connectivity to some Wireless and Certified building customers in the Scotts Valley area. Engineers are currently looking into the issue and will be posting updates.

Cruzio engineers have mitigated the issue but will continue to observe in the event that further action is required.

Cruzio engineers are investigating an issue causing slow connectivity for customers located at 500 Soquel. There may be intermittent downtime as they work to resolve the issue.

Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on infrastructure serving some Wireless Pro customers in the area of Harvey West. There may be brief intermittent periods of downtime during this maintenance window.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on Wireless Pro services for some customers in the Downtown / Live Oak area. Downtime will be brief during this maintenance window. All other services are up and operational.

All systems affected by the outage have been restored and are operational .

The majority of those effected by the power outage should have services restored, however there are still a small number of customers still being affected.

PG&E Is currently experiencing a major power outage on the Westside of Santa Cruz. This outage could possibly affect some customers outside of the power outage area. Due to the size of the outage we expect PG&E will respond very quickly.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on infrastructure equipment that powers some Wireless Pro and dedicated connections in the areas of Scotts Valley, the Santa Cruz Mountains, and East San Jose on Wednesday, October 13th between 9AM to 6PM. There may be short periods of downtime throughout this maintenance window, but they will be kept brief.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on hardware serving some Wireless Pro customers in Watsonville. Downtime will be brief during this maintenance window. All other services are up and operational.
