Some Wireless Pro customers in San Jose, Watsonville, and some dedicated and enterprise links fed from our mountaintop site of Mt Loma are experiencing a service interruption. Cruzio engineers are working on the issue.

Our upstream partners will be conducting service maintenance on Velocity infrastructure in Santa Cruz and Scotts Valley starting at 12:00AM Wednesday morning. The maintenance will last for two hours, and affected customers may experience about a half hour of downtime during this window.

PG&E have restored power to the area. This issue should be resolved.

PG&E is conducting maintenance that is affecting service for customers in and around 535 High Street. PG&E has posted an estimated completion of 3:00pm for this maintenance window, and Cruzio engineers are looking into mitigating the downtime.
