Some Wireless Pro customers in San Jose, Watsonville, and some dedicated and enterprise links fed from our mountaintop site of Mt Loma are experiencing a service interruption. Cruzio engineers are working on the issue.
12/8/2021 12:00AM-2:00AM – Velocity service maintenance affecting customers in Scotts Valley and Santa Cruz
Our upstream partners will be conducting service maintenance on Velocity infrastructure in Santa Cruz and Scotts Valley starting at 12:00AM Wednesday morning. The maintenance will last for two hours, and affected customers may experience about a half hour of downtime during this window.
12/8/2021 9:00AM – 1:00PM – Wireless Pro maintenance affecting some customers on Weston Road
Cruzio Engineers will be conducting maintenance on infrastructure serving some Wireless Pro customers on and around Weston Road. Intermittent downtime is possible throughout this window, but will be kept to a minimum.
12/6/2021 10:00PM-2:00AM – Emergency maintenance affecting some Wireless Pro customers in the Midtown and Live Oak areas.
Cruzio will be conducting urgent infrastructure maintenance that will briefly affect some Wireless Pro customers in the areas of Midtown and Live Oak. Overall downtime will be brief but sporadic throughout this maintenance window.
12/7/2021 @ 10:00PM-12:00AM – Wireless Pro maintenance affecting some Watsonville customers
Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on equipment that serves some Wireless Pro customers in Watsonville. Intermittent downtime is possible during this window, but will be kept to a minimum.

PG&E have restored power to the area. This issue should be resolved.

PG&E is conducting maintenance that is affecting service for customers in and around 535 High Street. PG&E has posted an estimated completion of 3:00pm for this maintenance window, and Cruzio engineers are looking into mitigating the downtime.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting service maintenance that will cause intermittent downtime for Wireless Pro customers located at the Buena Vista Migrant Center and Tierra Alta.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on infrastructure that provides service for some Wireless Pro customers in the downtown area. Downtime will be sporadic but brief during this window.
11/23/2021 7:00PM – 8:00PM – Cruzio email server maintenance
Cruzio’s upstream email partner will be conducting maintenance that may cause a brief interruption in service between 7:00PM to 8:00PM tonight. Estimated total downtime during this window is one minute. Any emails sent or received during this downtime will be automatically queued for delivery after.
