Engineers are aware of an issue that is causing some incoming emails for a subsection of cruzio email customers to bounce. Engineers are rolling out a fix to mitigate the issue for affected mailboxes.
Cruzio engineers have resolved the problem and affected customers are now back online.

Cruzio engineers are en-route to resolve an issue affecting connectivity for some wireless pro customers in Mid-Town, Live Oak, and East Side Santa Cruz.
AT&T advises that they are continuing to look into a DSL service issue affecting a small number of circuits in our area. AT&T does not yet have a definitive estimated time of repair for this issue, but are working to restore connectivity to the remaining affected circuits.
This issue is now resolved, and queued up inbound email is now being delivered to customer mailboxes.
Engineers are investigating a problem upstream with delayed inbound emails for Cruzio email customers. Some of these emails may temporarily generate bounce errors for the sender. We will update this network status as more information becomes available.
AT&T is continuing to work on restoring connectivity for the remaining affected DSL circuits. Most circuits are back online, but we are aware of some circuits that have not had connectivity restored. AT&T has missed their estimated time of repair for these circuits, and AT&T has advised Cruzio that while they are working to bring the remaining circuits online, that they do not yet have an estimated time of repair.
