…Our DSL upstream provider is currently experiencing a network outage. We are working together to determine the extent of the outage as well as resolve the issue. This is effecting all legacy DSL customers. It may also be effecting some Velocity customers, but we have not yet been able to determine if this is the case. 2/10/16 12:01am to 1:00am – Legacy DSL maintenance window

…November 14th, our engineers will be performing maintenance on our Legacy DSL networking equipment. During the period of work, customers may experience some downtime. All work should be completed by 6:00am. If you encounter any connectivity issues, please try power cycling your equipment. …It looks like our upstream provider was being hit by a distributed denial of service attack, but has managed to mitigate the attack and restore services. If you are on legacy DSL and still having trouble, you may need to power off, wait a few seconds, then start your DSL modem….
