Wondering how the process will work? It’s simple! 

The first step is a site survey, which is free of charge and requires approximately 20-30 minutes. Our friendly and professional technicians will visit your location to assess the line-of-sight to our access points and plan any necessary wire-runs. While your presence is not required for the survey, you are welcome to be present if you’d like.
 If your property had Cruzio Wireless Pro in the past, the process becomes even easier, and we may be able to skip the site survey. 

Once we have confirmed eligibility, we will schedule the installation. For new installations, we will mount a small receiver on your roof or eaves and run wires into your home or office to connect to your WiFi equipment. If you have been using older copper wiring, you will be amazed by the difference our professional work makes. The installation typically takes a few hours, and we kindly request a responsible adult to be present on-site for access. Rest assured, our technicians carry identification and are great with friendly pets.
