We are currently investigating a small outage affecting some customers in the Santa Cruz Mid-town area. We will post more information as it becomes available.

Cruzio Internet has decommissioned some of our legacy DNS servers associated with past products. If your DNS services are affected, please update your records to 63.249.92.48 and 216.173.128.13, or a third party DNS service. If you need assistance changing your DNS settings, please contact Cruzio support.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment to resolve an issue affecting connectivity for some Wireless Pro customers in Westside Santa Cruz. There will be intermittent downtime for these customers during this maintenance.

The repairs have been completed, and all affected customers are back online.

Cruzio engineers have identified an issue that is causing connectivity issues for customers at the Tannery Residences. Cruzio is working to resolve the issue.

Some Cruzio email customers may experience delayed inbound email, as well as intermittent issues sending out emails. Our upstream email partner is investigating these issues, and we will post an update once additional information is available.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance to repair an issue affecting some Wireless Pro customers in the areas of Mid-town, Live Oak, and East Side Santa Cruz. Downtime is possible throughout the maintenance window, but will only be a few minutes in total.
