Cruzio engineering will be upgrading one of our main edge routers that provide access to the Internet on Thursday, August 18th between 10pm and midnight. During this period, there will be a brief period of less than 5 minutes where the internet may be unavailable as we switch routing to our backup connection and network routes converge. This work is necessary in order to apply security updates and feature enhancements. We apologize for the inconvenience.

UPDATE: All work was completed by 10:45PM.

Our upstream partner encountered a problem today between 10:00AM to 1:30PM that caused Velocity voicemail users to be unable to record or check for new voicemails. This issue has since been resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

All email services are back up and operational.

Some email services have been restored, however engineers are still working to fix the rest. If you are still having trouble with email, engineers are working hard to restore that service for you. Any mail sent to you during this outage will be queued up and delivered once email is restored.

We are currently working with our upstream provider to resolve an issue with email delivery. This should not effect any web hosted email services. Status will be updated as we get more information.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting emergency maintenance to repair an issue affecting some Wireless Pro customers in Watsonville. Affected users may notice blips of downtime during this work.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting urgent maintenance on infrastructure equipment serving some customers in the areas of West Side Santa Cruz and 41st Avenue tonight, beginning at 10:00PM and ending at 2:00AM. Brief periods of downtime may occur during this window.
