Some Wireless Pro customers in the Milpitas and East San Jose may be experiencing connectivity issues due to an electrical issue in the area. Cruzio engineers are assessing the situation.

Engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment serving customers in Piedmont Court Wednesday, 5/5/21 from 9AM-6PM. There will be intermittent downtime during this maintenance. No other services will be affected by this work.

Some wireless pro customers in the downtown Santa Cruz area may be experiencing a network outage. Our network gear is being affected by a power outage in the area. PGE reports power will be restored around 10 AM. Updates will be posted as we get them.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting emergency Wireless Pro equipment maintenance affecting some Wireless Pro customers in Westside Santa Cruz between 2:00PM and 6:00PM today. Other services will not be impacted by this maintenance.
