Engineers are investigating a problem upstream with delayed inbound emails for Cruzio email customers. Some of these emails may temporarily generate bounce errors for the sender. We will update this network status as more information becomes available.

AT&T is continuing to work on restoring connectivity for the remaining affected DSL circuits. Most circuits are back online, but we are aware of some circuits that have not had connectivity restored. AT&T has missed their estimated time of repair for these circuits, and AT&T has advised Cruzio that while they are working to bring the remaining circuits online, that they do not yet have an estimated time of repair.

We will continue to monitor the situation and update this network status as more information becomes available.

11/19/2020 10pm – 12am Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on Wireless Pro equipment that serves a subsection of our customers in Downtown and Westside Santa Cruz. There will be brief periods of downtime during this maintenance window.

[update] AT&T is continuing to look into a problem affecting connectivity for DSL circuits in the Santa Cruz area.  AT&T’s estimated time of repair has been updated to the end of day 11/18/2020, although that may be subject to change. This issue is not affecting other services, including Velocity and Wireless Pro.
