03/26/2021 9am – Web server host11 experiencing issues
We are currently working on issues related to web hosting server host11. This is only effecting customers who have web/mail services on host11. The issue may be resolved by the time this status posts, but there could be further downtime due to emergency maintenance being performed. Any mail sent during the down time will be queued up and delivered once all services have been restored.
3/24/2021 9PM-1AM – Wireless Pro maintenance affecting some customers in West side Santa Cruz
Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment serving some Wireless Pro customers in Westside Santa Cruz on 3/24/2021 9PM-1AM. Downtime during this maintenance will be brief. Other services will not be affected by this maintenance.
03/23/2021 7:30pm – Network outage in Watsonville area
Some customers in the Watsonville area may be experiencing a network outage. Technicians are en route to investigate and make repairs. Updates will be posted as we get them.
3/23/2021 9PM – 1AM – Wireless Pro maintenance affecting some customers in Midtown Santa Cruz
Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment serving some Wireless Pro customers in Midtown Santa Cruz. This work will address an upstream issue causing some customers to see slower than normal speeds. Downtime during this maintenance will be brief. Other services will not be affected by this maintenance.

3/16/2021 2PM-6PM – Network maintenance for Wireless Pro customers in West Side Santa Cruz
Cruzio Internet will be conducting maintenance on Wireless Pro infrastructure that serves the West Side of Santa Cruz. Downtime will be intermittent through the 2pm-6pm window. This maintenance will not affect other services, including Velocity or DSL.

At approximately 2:30am Cruzio engineers were able to make repairs and restore network connectivity.
