Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance at 3:45PM that will momentarily interrupt connectivity for some Wireless Pro customers in the Midtown and Live Oak areas. Downtime will last a few minutes.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment that serves some Wireless Pro customers in Scotts Valley between 1PM to 3PM today. Downtime during this window should only be a few minutes.

PG&E has restored power to all areas. If you continue to have any issues in the Scotts Valley area, please contact Cruzio.

Cruzio engineers are investigating a service outage affecting some Wireless Pro and Dedicated Wireless customers in the Scotts Valley area due to a large power outage. While we currently have no resolution ETA, we will update this network status message as more information becomes available.

Cruzio’s upstream email partner will be performing preventative maintenance on server hardware tonight between 10PM and 12:00AM. There will be periods of downtime during this window. All email will be queued for later delivery during these periods.
