PG&E has announced that electrical service will be shut off for Cruzio Mountaintop sites starting today, 10/25 at 10PM for a Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) event.
Cruzio engineers have deployed redundant power systems at all PSPS impacted mountaintop locations. All redundant power systems are up and operating as expected.
As always, we will update this network status message with new information as we receive it.
Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on equipment that serves Wireless Pro customers in the Downtown/Harvey West area 10/26/2020 10AM–2PM. There will be brief periods of downtime during this maintenance.
PG&E power has been restored and all services are up and operational.
There is currently a major power outage in the Gilroy area. As a result, some connections are currently offline. At this time, we have no ETR from PGE regarding when the power will be restored but will update this status accordingly with any new information.
Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on equipment in Watsonville that serves a subsection of our customers in that area. There will be brief periods of downtime during this maintenance.
Some Wireless Pro customers in Watsonville are experiencing a service interruption, and Cruzio engineers will be assessing networking equipment on-site in the morning, pending access. We will update this network status as more information becomes available.

Cruzio engineers are investigating a connectivity stemming from a localized PG&E outage in Scotts Valley. This is affecting tenants at the Enterprise Technology Center, as well as Wireless Pro customers fed from that building in Scotts Valley. We will post updates as they become available.
