Web hosting server host11 is being taken down for emergency maintenance and repair. This process may take several hours. We apologize for the inconvenience and will work to restore services as quickly as possible. Any mail send during this period will be queued and delivered once services are restored.
UPDATE: as of 12:30am on 3/27/2021, host11 is restored. We apologize for the downtime. The disk array in the server was going bad, and we decided to migrate to new hardware to mitigate the issue.
Work has been complete and we no longer anticipate downtime for maintenance. Any mail that was sent while host11 was down should be queued up and delivered shortly if not already.
We are currently working on issues related to web hosting server host11. This is only effecting customers who have web/mail services on host11. Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment serving some Wireless Pro customers in Westside Santa Cruz on 3/24/2021 9PM-1AM. Downtime during this maintenance will be brief. Other services will not be affected by this maintenance.
Some customers in the Watsonville area may be experiencing a network outage. Technicians are en route to investigate and make repairs. Updates will be posted as we get them.
Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment serving some Wireless Pro customers in Midtown Santa Cruz. This work will address an upstream issue causing some customers to see slower than normal speeds. Downtime during this maintenance will be brief. Other services will not be affected by this maintenance.
A PGE outage that was impacting service for customers in the Capitola area was resolved.
PG&E is experiencing a large power outage In the Capitola Area which is impacting services for some customers.
Cruzio Internet will be conducting maintenance on Wireless Pro infrastructure that serves the West Side of Santa Cruz. Downtime will be intermittent through the 2pm-6pm window. This maintenance will not affect other services, including Velocity or DSL.
At approximately 2:30am Cruzio engineers were able to make repairs and restore network connectivity.
