Cruzio engineers have resolved the issue and all affected customers should now be back online.

As of around 6pm this evening 3/19/20, we began experiencing issues at one of our network sites. All wireless pro connections served from there are currently offline. Engineers are actively working to resolve the issue and restore connectivity as quickly as possible. We will amend this status as we receive updates from our engineering team. We appreciate your patience.

The issue preventing the outgoing sending capability for Cruzio email services has been resolved. If you are still experiencing any issues with your email service, please contact Cruzio customer service for assistance.

Engineers are working on an upstream issue preventing the outgoing sending capability for Cruzio email customers. There is no ETA at this time, but engineers are aware of and actively working on the problem. This issue is not affecting customers with hosting email accounts. We will update this status message when we have further information.

Cruzio engineers are en route to repair a problem affecting a small group of Wireless Pro customers located in the East Cliff area. No other services are affected, and we will have an update soon.

The emergency maintenance for the City of Santa Cruz, Live Oak, and some parts of the Capitola area is now complete.

Cruzio engineers will be performing emergency maintenance on infrastructure equipment that serves some Wireless Pro and Dedicated wireless customers located in the City of Santa Cruz, Live Oak, and some parts of Capitola. This maintenance will be performed in the next hour, but actual downtime should only take a few minutes.

The emergency maintenance for Seabright, mid-town, and the Live Oak area is now complete.

Cruzio engineers have scheduled a service-impacting emergency maintenance window to resolve networking and routing issues with equipment that serves customers in the Seabright, mid-town, and Live Oak areas of Santa Cruz.

This will affect customers with Certified, Wireless, Dedicated, and Enterprise Broadband access services. This will not affect Velocity or DSL services.

We expect actual customer downtime to be less than 5 minutes.
