Cruzio engineers are investigating a service outage affecting some Wireless Pro and Dedicated Wireless customers in the Scotts Valley area. While we currently have no resolution ETA, we will update this network status message as more information becomes available.

There will be a maintenance window affecting some Velocity circuits in Santa Cruz beginning 5/21 at 11:59PM. This maintenance window will span 3 hours, but the actual downtime will be approximately 30 minutes. Other services are not affected by this maintenance.

Cruzio engineers have resolved the problem, and all affected customers are now back online.
