This maintenance will be performed in the next hour, but actual downtime should only take a few minutes.

The emergency maintenance for Seabright, mid-town, and the Live Oak area is now complete.

Cruzio engineers have scheduled a service-impacting emergency maintenance window to resolve networking and routing issues with equipment that serves customers in the Seabright, mid-town, and Live Oak areas of Santa Cruz.

This will affect customers with Certified, Wireless, Dedicated, and Enterprise Broadband access services. This will not affect Velocity or DSL services.

We expect actual customer downtime to be less than 5 minutes.

Beginning at 11:59PM tonight, our upstream DSL provider will be performing maintenance on equipment that serves a small subset of legacy DSL customers. Expected downtime is less than 45 minutes. This maintenance will not impact our other services, including Velocity.
