1/9/2019 12:30 PM – Emergency maintenance for wireless in Aptos & Gilroy
We are performing emergency maintenance at the mountaintop site that serves customers with Dedicated and Enterprise Wireless access in Aptos and Gilroy.
This maintenance window will be for half an hour, but we expect actual customer downtime to be less than 5 minutes.
1/8/2019 8:30 PM – [RESOLVED] wireless outage in Aptos & Gilroy
The outage that was affecting customers with Dedicated and Enterprise wireless access services in Aptos and Gilroy areas has been resolved.
1/8/2019 5:45 PM Small network outage
As of 5:45 PM this evening a small handful of customers are down that are being fed from one of our mountaintop sites. Technicians have been dispatched for repairs.
1/8/2019 1:10am – Host11 down [RESOLVED]
Engineers have replaced hardware and all services should not be restored on web hosting server host11. Any mail sent during this time should be starting to deliver soon if it has not already done so.

Web hosting server host11.cruzio.com has experienced a hardware failure. Engineers are currently working on making repairs. This should only effect customers who have web hosting service on host11. Any mail sent during this time will be queued up and delivered once services have been restored. Updates will be posted as we have more information.
1/3/2019 12:15pm – Legacy DSL Outage Affecting Some Customers [RESOLVED]
There was an issue with equipment upstream of our services, and at this point, this Legacy DSL outage should be resolved. If you are still experiencing no surf on your Legacy DSL internet service, please restart your modem and router. If this does not resolve the case, please call our technical support team. 1/2/2019 5:30pm – Legacy DSL Outage Affecting Some Customers
Our upstream provider is investigating a connectivity issue affecting some of our legacy DSL customers. We do not have an ETA for resolution at this time, but we will update this network status message as more information becomes available. This issue is not affecting our Velocity, Wireless Pro, Certified or Enterprise customers.
1/2/2019 3pm – Web hosting server host6 currently down [RESOLVED]
Web hosting server host6.cruzio.com experienced a hardware failure. That hardware has been replaced and data has been restored from backup. Any mail sent during this down time has been queued up and is currently in the process of being delivered. This should only have effected customers with web hosting services on this particular server and those services should now be fully restored.

Cruzio engineers are currently diagnosing a problem with webhosting server host6.cruzio.com. Customers with domains on that server are currently down.
And email sent to domains on host6 will be queued and delivered once the server is restored.
