Cruzio engineers will be performing maintenance on our Fiber network in Downtown Santa Cruz on Tuesday 9/1/2020, between 5AM to 7AM. There will be a few brief interruptions throughout this maintenance window.
This issue is now resolved. Mail was queued and will be delivered to affected mailboxes.
Cruzio Email customers will be unable to send or receive email due to a problem upstream. Engineers are working on the issue. All email will be queued up for delivery once the problem is resolved. This issue is not affecting domain emails.
Our upstream partner for copper services, including Velocity and DSL, will be conducting maintenance on their infrastructure. Downtime is not expected, but slowdowns and routing delays may intermittently occur during this maintenance window.
Engineers will be performing maintenance on hardware that servers Cruzio email customers on 8/25/2020 between 10PM and 12AM. There will be brief disconnects and reconnects while this work is being performed. The ability to send and receive mail will not be impacted.
All services have been restored in all locations now. PG&E has reported that more blackouts could occur until Wednesday. Crews are on standby in case.
