Customers with Fiber, Wireless, Certified, Dedicated, and Enterprise access service are currently experiencing sporadic loss of connectivity due to an issue with our upstream provider.
Cruzio engineers are investigating. We will have an update shortly.

Cruzio engineering is performing emergency maintenance for our fiber customers in downtown Santa Cruz at this time. We do not expect any downtime for customers, but if your internet suddenly stops working, please try rebooting your router/gateway. If you still can’t get online after the reboot, contact us for troubleshooting help.

The outage affecting customers in the Westside area has been resolved.
11/07/2019 11:30PM – PG&E related outage in Westside
Due to the PG&E related power outage, the networking equipment that serves customers with Wireless, Dedicated, and Certified Broadband access in Westside is currently offline. Cruzio technicians are in route to provide backup power to the affected equipment.

Cruzio engineers have completed their work and saw no loss of service during the work period.

Cruzio engineers will be performing emergency network maintenance that may impact our fiber customers. We don’t anticipate much if any downtime during this period but want to alert customers in case any problems arise during the procedure.
10/29/2019 10:50PM – Network-wide outage [RESOLVED]
Between 9:15PM and 9:38PM, an issue with our core routers caused service-impacting disruption to many Cruzio customers with Fiber, Wireless, Certified, Dedicated, and Enterprise access services.
This was resolved for the majority of customers at 9:38PM. For Fiber Broadband, Cruzioworks, and customers with Dedicated access service specifically located at 877 Cedar St., service was restored at 10:40PM.
At this time all services have been restored. If you are still experiencing connectivity issues please contact our technical support.
