We are currently experiencing an network outage that may be effecting some Wireless Pro, Certified, and dedicated customers on the West Side of Santa Cruz. techs are currently in route to investigate.
This outage has no affect on Velocity customers.

11/26/2018 5:45am – Network Outage [RESOLVED]
This morning there was a brief wireless network outage that was revolved within approximately 15 minutes. This may have effected some customers in the Downtown and Live Oak areas. Service was restored before an initial network status message could be put up, however all of those services should be restored at this time.
11/24/2018 12:00pm Hosting server Host11 down [RESOLVED]
A bad card was replaced on web hosting server host11.cruzio.com. All services should be restored and any mail that was sent during the outage should start delivering soon if it has not already.
