Cruzio Technicians are aware of a Wireless Pro outage affecting some customers in the Santa Cruz area.

Due to a power outage in the Santa Cruz area, PG&E has been made aware of the power outage and we will post updates as they develop.

This only affects customers with Wireless Pro; Velocity, DSL, and Dialup services are not affected.

All work on Santa Cruz Fiber should be complete. Downtime for customers should have only been a couple of seconds so if you are using Santa Cruz Fiber and are down, please call customer service at 831-459-6301.

Also a reminder that there will be another maintenance window Monday night which is listed as another Network Status.

Cruzio is performing a system update to address a minor but critical vendor bug on our Fiber Pro network.

This should result in downtime of under one minute as the system updates. If you experience downtime on your Fiber service longer than 5 minutes please contact Customer service ASAP at 831-459-6301.

All work will be completed by 2pm and will impact ONLY customer served by Cruzio’s Santa Cruz Fiber network. Wireless Pro, Velocity, DSL and other dedicated services are unaffected by this work.

Cruzio engineers have completed the equipment upgrades as of 5:30pm this evening 1/28/19. All affected Wireless Pro customers in the Seabright, Live Oak, and Capitola areas should be online after only a few minutes of downtime. We appreciate your patience.

Cruzio engineers have scheduled a maintenance window to upgrade networking equipment that serves customers in Seabright, Live Oak, and Capitola. This will affect customers with Certified, Wireless, Dedicated, and Enterprise Broadband access services. This will not affect Velocity or DSL services.

We have scheduled this maintenance window for Monday, January 28th 2019 at 4-5PM.

We expect actual customer downtime to be less than 5 minutes.

Engineers have completed an equipment swap and one of our mountaintop sites at 3pm 1/17/19. Customers served from there were offline for under 5 minutes. We appreciate your patience.

Starting around 2:55pm this afternoon 1/17/19, engineers are performing maintenance on our network equipment at one of our mountaintop sites. This is part of ongoing maintenance to maintain service and reliability to our dedicated and enterprise customers served from there. There will be brief downtime, but it should last a few minutes. We appreciate your patience.

Cruzio engineers have deployed a generator at our Loma Prieta mountaintop site and the affected customers are now back online. We appreciate your patience.

Our Loma Prieta mountain site is currently having power outages. We have crews rolling up to deploy a generator.  This will only effect a few of our enterprise customers.
