4/16/2016 @ 10:40 am- Isolated Business Broadband Downtime

The services at 402 Ingalls and 1010 Fair are currently down, due to an upstream building’s power maintenance that unintentionally lasted longer than the local battery backup. We have FieldOps technicians en route to replace the battery. We are estimating the total downtime for customers at 402 Ingalls and/or 1010 Fair to be no longer than 60 minutes. We will update this status again once the services are up and running, or if the ETR changes. We apologize for any inconvenience.

4/4/2016 @ 5:15pm- Power Outage Affecting Some Business Broadband Customers

There is currently a power outage in Downtown Santa Cruz. As a result, some connections served from points of presence in Downtown Santa Cruz are currently offline. Engineers are en route to implement redundant power systems. Currently, we have no ETR from PGE regarding when the power will be restored, but will update this accordingly with any new information as we receive it or when the points of presence are back online. We apologize for any inconvenience.

4/1/16 Legacy DSL Service Issue [Update]

As of April 1st, 2016 at 11am, there will be emergency maintenance performed on hardware that serves some of our Legacy DSL customers. This maintenance will take about one hour, and these customers may experience approximately 15 minutes of downtime during this maintenance window. After the maintenance concludes, speeds should return to normal. If your speeds are still slow after the maintenance, please power cycle your equipment.
