03/01/2016 4:30pm – Rebooting host4.cruzio.com

Web hosting server host4.cruzio.com has run into a problem that requires us to reboot in order to fix it. It should be back up in a few minutes and in the meantime any mail sent to customers on this server will be queued up and delivered once services are restored. This should only effect customers with web hosting accounts on this particular server and no one else. Services should be back very soon and possibly by the time this message is delivered. If any complications arrive, updates on this status will be posted.

2/10/16 12:01am to 1:00am – Legacy DSL maintenance window

Cruzio engineers have scheduled a brief maintenance window for the networking equipment that feeds customers with DSL services.

This maintenance window is scheduled for 12:01AM – 1:00AM Wednesday, February 10th 2016.  During this window, customers will experience intermittent connection outages, however we estimate that total customer downtime will be limited to less than 5 minutes.

This maintenance is only for customers with DSL services.  Velocity, Dial-up, Business Broadband, and Enterprise services will not be affected.

2/9/2016 4am – Legacy DSL Outage

We are currently experiencing a legacy DSL outage that is effecting a small number of our legacy DSL customers. Engineers are currently looking into the issue and we should be updating this status when we have more information or the issue is resolved. This should not effect any Velocity customers or anyone that is not on a legacy DSL connection.

2/2/16 @ 8pm – Scheduled Network Maintenance

Cruzio is performing scheduled network maintenance tonight starting at 8pm. This will only effect customers on our Wireless network located in the the San Jose area, Watsonville, Aptos, and Scotts Valley. Downtime should be minimal, lasting only a few minutes. This status will be updated once the maintenance is completed. We appreciate your patience.

01/30/2016 @ 11:30am Outage at 2030 N. Pacific [Resolved]

Between 10:05am and 11:35am the connection between 877 Ceder and 2030 N. Pacific was malfunctioning. Cruzio technicians identified the problem and replaced the power supply of the radio at Cruzio’s end.

This only affected customers in the 2030 N. Pacific building in downtown Santa Cruz, no action needs to be taken for customers at 2030 N. Pacific.

We apologize for the inconvenience, all connectivity for 2030 N. Pacific is restored at this time.
