All of the mailboxes that were inaccessible yesterday 11/1 are now up and running and all can send and receive new email. However the pre-existing email needs to be restored from backup and it could take a few days to finish restoring every folder on every mailbox. Thank you for your patience while we resolve this.
Unfortunately the passwords to mailboxes on skyhighway.com and rattlebrain.com could not be recovered and if you have one of these email addresses your password will need to be reset.
If you able to log in to the primary @cruzio.com mailbox to reset your passwords, the skyhighway.com and rattlebrain.com password can be reset by going to your mail tools here: http://members.cruzio.com/newadmin/ and logging in as the cruzio.com user.
If you are unable to access the primary cruzio.com mailbox please call us and we will give you a temporary password which will allow you to log directly and change the password.
Thank you again for your patience and apologies for this inconvenience.

10/21/2016 11:00pm Large DDoS attack on DNS Server Preventing Some Sites From Being Reached
Slowness and general inability to reach many popular websites today is being caused by a massive “distributed denial of service” (DDoS) attack on DYN, a large DNS provider. Popular sites like Netflix, Reddit, Twitter and many others are involved. This is outside of Cruzio's network, so we don't have an estimated time of resolution, but you may read this article for more information - http://www.usatoday.com/story/tech/2016/10/21/cyber-attack-takes-down-east-coast-netflix-spotify-twitter/92507806/
