Cruzio engineers are currently investigating an upstream outage affecting service for some Wireless customers in Downtown and Westside Santa Cruz. We will continue to update this status page with more information as it becomes available.

We are currently experiencing a small wireless outage in the Westside area of Santa Cruz. Engineers are en route to investigate the cause of the outage. If we get more information before the services are restored, updates will be provided.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on upstream equipment serving Wireless Pro customers in the DeLaveaga area on Tuesday 11/26/24 10:00PM-2:00AM. We anticipate a couple of brief interruptions during this process. This is part of work we are doing to address a local interference issue. Technicians will keep downtime brief during this window.

Cruzio engineers have noted a large power outage affecting much of the Santa Cruz area. We are working to keep service up where possible.
