Cruzio engineers are investigating an outage affecting some customers served near Higgins Canyon Road in Half Moon Bay. We currently have no ETA on a resolution, but continue to work on the issue. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting emergency maintenance on upstream equipment serving some customers in Santa Cruz and Watsonville on Tuesday 10/15/2024 10:00PM-2:00AM. We anticipate a couple of brief interruptions during this process. Technicians will keep downtime as minimal as possible. We will also be emailing affected customers. All other systems are up and operational.
