Cruzio engineers have been monitoring webmail since the originally posted network status message, and have confirmed it has been stable since 4/26.

Cruzio engineers have extended maintenance on upstream equipment serving some Wireless customers in Westside Santa Cruz to 4/24/25 @ 6:00PM. Engineers will try to keep downtime minimal, and restore services as soon as possible.

Cruzio engineers have confirmed an issue previously preventing users from logging into Cruzio webmail has been resolved, and all mail systems should be operational at this time.

We are currently experiencing an issue with Cruzio webmail. Engineers are investigating and will provide updates if there are any before the service is restored. This should not have any effect on webmail for web hosting customers.
