Cruzio engineers have discovered an issue affecting Wireless services for some customers in the Scotts Valley area, and are currently looking into the situation. Affected customers may experience intermittent connectivity as our technicians investigate further.

Cruzio engineers have successfully completed repairs, and all services have been restored to the Black Mountain area. Please contact our Tech Support team if you continue to experience any issues.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting a necessary equipment move for infrastructure that serves customers around Ingalls St beginning at 10AM and ending 6PM on 7/5. Periods of downtime will occur during this window.

Cruzio engineers have completed their planned maintenance and have identified an upstream issue affecting some customers in the Black Mountain and Bear Gulch area. There may be brief periods of down time as our technicians continue to complete repairs. We will update this network status as more information becomes available.

Cruzio engineers have been made aware of intermittent issues affecting some customers in the Black Mountain area, and our technicians will be conducting emergency maintenance Tuesday, 7/3/2023 4:15PM-5:15PM. Affected customers may experience periods of down time while repairs are completed.

Cruzio engineers are assessing an issue affecting customers around Bear Gulch, Highway 35 corridor. We will update this message as additional information becomes available.

PG&E will be conducting maintenance at the Piedmont Court building on 7/29 between 7AM to 4PM. Power will be disconnected during their work, and this will affect tenants located at Piedmont Court as well as nearby customers fed from that site.

In advance of this, Cruzio engineers will be deploying backup power at this site beginning at 6AM. You may notice a brief blip as this cutover occurs. Once PG&E finishes their maintenance, there will be one more blip in the afternoon or evening as we cut back over to main electrical power. There should be no customer downtime outside of these two blips.

Cruzio’s engineers will be conducting maintenance Thursday, 6/29/23 10am-5pm, on infrastructure that serves some Wireless Pro customers in Westside Santa Cruz. Affected customers may experience brief periods of downtime while our technicians complete repairs.
