This issue was resolved by our upstream engineers last night.
Some Cruzio email customers are experiencing issues accessing our mail server. This is affecting webmail access as well as email programs from communicating with the server. Our upstream email partner is working on the issue, and incoming email will be queued up for delivery once the problem is resolved.
Cruzio will be conducting infrastructure maintenance that will briefly affect some Wireless Pro customers in the areas of Midtown, Live Oak, East Side Santa Cruz and 41st Avenue. Overall downtime will be brief but sporadic throughout this maintenance window.
This event was resolved without any customer impact.
Cruzio engineers will be performing emergency maintenance on hardware serving some Wireless Pro customers in Scotts Valley. Affected customers may notice intermittent periods of brief downtime during this maintenance period.
Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment that serves some Wireless Pro customers in the area of Midtown Santa Cruz on 11/9/2021 between the hours of 10PM to 2AM. Some intermittent downtime may occur during this window.
Cruzio engineers are investigating an issue causing slow connectivity for some Wireless customers in the Scotts Valley area. Engineers are currently looking into the issue and we will update this network status as more information is available. There may be intermittent downtime as they work to resolve the issue.

Damaged equipment was replaced and all services should now be restored.
