A faulty power supply was replaced and services have been completely restored.
5/7/2021 8am – Wireless outage in downtown Santa Cruz
A wireless Access Point in the downtown Santa Cruz area has failed resulting in loss of service for some customers. Technicians are en route to repair the equipment. We won’t have an ETA until the damage can be assessed, but will post updates as soon as we learn more. Most likely the repairs will be completed faster than we will be able to update.
2021-05-13 at 12:20am – host10 domain server offline for emergency maintenance
Web hosting server host10 is being taken down for emergency maintenance and repair. This process may take several hours. We apologize for the inconvenience and will work to restore services as quickly as possible. Any mail sent during this period will be queued and delivered once services are restored.

Our host10 domain server is currently offline. Cruzio engineering is diagnosing the issue and will update this status with further information as it becomes available.
Custom domain server work – 5/12/2021 from 10:30pm to midnight
Cruzio engineering will be rebooting our custom domain servers tonight to apply updates. Server downtime will be minimal, and incoming mail will be queued for delivery once server reboots.

Engineers have isolated the problem and we are in direct contact with any customers still affected.

(Update) – Engineers are currently working on a problem causing slow speeds for some customers in Milpitas and Easy San Jose. There is no current ETA. We will update this network status as new information becomes available. No other services are affected.
