09/11/18 7:34pm Brief Cruzio Network Outage RESOLVED

…At 7:14pm this evening, we experienced an outage at one of our network nodes. Cruzio technicians responded immediately, and were able to quickly resolve the issue, restoring connectivity by 7:26pm. This affected some Wireless Pro and Certified Building customers in the areas between Downtown Santa Cruz and 41st Ave. Velocity, email, hosting, and all other customers were not affected by this outage. 04/18/2017 9:35pm – Fiber Outage Causing Slow Speeds

…ill still have internet connectivity, but may experience slower than expected speeds. This will affect customers with Colocation, Enterprise, Wireless Pro, Dedicated Business Broadband and Cruzioworks services. Velocity, DSL, and dial-up customers are not affected. We’ve escalated the issue to our fiber provider, and we will post updates and developments here as we get them. Thank you for your patience….

01/31/2017 12:45pm – DSL Outage

…Our DSL upstream provider is currently experiencing a network outage. We are working together to determine the extent of the outage as well as resolve the issue. This is effecting all legacy DSL customers. It may also be effecting some Velocity customers, but we have not yet been able to determine if this is the case. We will be posting more information as we get it….

3/16/2017 12:00am – Wireless Outage in Watsonville, Scotts Valley, East San Jose, and Oakland Road Area

This outage only affect Cruzio customers on the Business Broadband and Enterprise networks in these areas; customers with Velocity or DSL connections are not affected.
