Cruzio and Dry/Naked DSL Cruzio’s DSL service requires an existing AT&T phone line to run over. The DSL service itself does not require that there be an active phone service on the phone line. Doing without that service is known as dry or naked DSL. Not everyone requires landline phone service anymore, so our customers have been asking how to get Cruzio DSL without having to maintain the phone service.
