Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance at Piedmont Court on July 20th 10am – 12pm. This maintenance window will last two hours and will involve limited downtime for tenants at Piedmont Court.
Update: Engineers have completed this work and all services should be up and operational.

Cruzio technicians are currently working on an issue with equipment at one of our mountaintop sites. This will affect business broadband and enterprise customers in South Bay area and Santa Cruz Mountains. We apologize for any downtime. We are currently working on the problem.

The issue affecting our email customers ability to log in via webmail and retrieve new email in their webmail/email client has been resolved as of 1:37 PM.

A small subset of email customers are experiencing issues logging in via webmail and retrieving new email in their webmail or email client. Engineers are looking into the issue, and we will update this status message as more information becomes available.
7/15/2020 11:59PM – 7/16/2020 6:00AM – Legacy DSL maintenance for some customers
Engineers will be performing maintenance on hardware that serves a subsection of our DSL customers starting Wednesday night at 11:59PM, and ending at 6AM Thursday morning to repair an issue. Downtime will be less than two hours total during this window for affected customers. This maintenance will not affect our other services, including Velocity.

There may be a period of downtime for some customers due to building maintenance affecting power at one of our distribution sites. Engineers are working to keep downtime to a minimum while this work is being performed.
