Cruzio engineers are working to resolve an issue with webhosting server Host11. We will post more information as it becomes available.

Some Wireless Pro customers around the east side area of Santa Cruz are offline and Cruzio engineers are dispatching out to resolve the issue.

Cruzio engineers will be conducting maintenance on equipment that serves some Wireless Pro and Dedicated customers in Watsonville. This maintenance window will take place on June 4th between 10am to 1pm. Total downtime is expected to last only a few seconds.

The emergency maintenance has been completed and downtime should have been less than 10 minutes. If you are still experiencing any problems with your fiber service, please contact Cruzio.

Cruzio engineers have scheduled a service-impacting emergency maintenance window to resolve issues with networking equipment that serves customers in the downtown Santa Cruz area on Fiber services. This will affect customers with Fiber services. This will not affect Velocity, DSL, or Wireless services. This maintenance is scheduled for Wednesday, June 3rd, 2020 at 5:00am PST to 7:00am PST. Expected customer downtime will be 5-10 minutes on several occasions within this window.
